This update includes some powerful new features to make you more productive.
Recent Activity
We now show the latest activity for each customer on the customer list, and you can now sort customers by recent activity. This makes it easy for you to see which of your customers have and haven’t had posts recently, allowing you to prioritise your time in CareApp.
Customer Insights
We also have a new Insights tab for each customer. We will be extending the insights available, but in this update we now show a graph of a customer’s Wellbeing Checks, allowing you to monitor changes over time.
Always Making Changes
This update also includes some behind the scenes changes to make CareApp run more smoothly. We’re always making changes, so make sure you have automatic updates turned on.
