Happy Holidays! Here are some early Christmas presents in CareApp this month.

Ask A Question

We’ve added an easy to use but powerful tool for gathering feedback from your community. Coordinators and Administrators can now Ask A Question. Questions show up at the top of the home screen, users can simply tap the option to provide feedback

You can ask the following kinds of questions:

  • Yes / no
  • Rating
  • Single option polls
  • Multiple choice polls
  • Free text

With Ask A Question you can quickly gather timely information and learn about what matters most in your community.

New Designs for Tablet

We’ve redesigned some of our screens to take better advantage of the extra space available on tablets.

Notice History

Coordinators and Administrators can now see a list of who has viewed notices. This allows you to verify, for example, that staff have seen important information, and that your message is getting out to the people who need to see it.

Fixes & Improvements

This month’s update also includes a bunch of fixes and improvements to make CareApp better to use. We’re always looking to make CareApp a better experience, so please let us know if you find something not working like it should or if you have an idea to make CareApp better.
