Family Inviting New Users
CareApp is better when everyone involved in a customer’s wellbeing is connected. To better facilitate this, Family members are now able to invite other family members to a customer’s community.
Once enabled for your facility, existing Family users can invite their relatives who are not yet using CareApp.
Coordinators and Administrators continue to have full control over access to CareApp, and can remove users if necessary. However, this change will make it easier to grow your CareApp community without having to manage family requests.
Updates to Mobile
We’re hoping you won’t even notice this, but we made lots of underlying changes to our mobile app this month, to make it easier for us to build new features and make CareApp even better.
