Customer Experience Manager

CareApp is looking for Customer Experience Managers throughout Australia to join our team and continue to grow, nurture and scale our business throughout Australia and New Zealand.

What is CareApp?

Our nationally award winning and internationally recognised communication and engagement platform is changing the narrative in aged care. We know beautiful moments happen every day in aged care. CareApp enables aged care providers to seamlessly capture and share these moments, providing families with the much needed and sought after personalised and reassuring window into the care and wellbeing of their loved ones. In a similar way to schools and childcare providers having easy-to-use parental communication apps for keeping up to date, CareApp allows aged care providers to record and share photos, video/audio, as well as notices, events, and newsletters. It also enables live video chat between residents and families and to create memorialisation videos as a beautiful way to remember valued residents and thank the family for being a part of your community.

What you will do

Your primary focus will be on business development in Australia with residential aged care providers. There may also be opportunities to grow CareApp into community home care and disability. In this highly autonomous role, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle including cold calling and prospecting, developing relationships, showcasing our cutting-edge technology platform, negotiating contracts and closing business. You will also provide ongoing support to ensure customer success. This is an important role within CareApp and brings significant earning potential.

About you

We love proactive self-starters with energy and enthusiasm. Previous experience in sales is essential together with strong verbal and written communication and relationship skills. It would be considered advantageous if you have worked in health care or B2B technology sales previously. A driver’s licence, the ability to work after hours if required and to travel interstate is essential.
