On behalf of the CareApp development team, thank you for your feedback and suggestions on improving CareApp over the last 12 months. We’re looking forward to making CareApp even better in 2021!
We’re always working to improve CareApp – here are some of the new changes now live:
Notifications Improvements
CareApp now has a visual indication when you have unseen notifications. On mobile, the notifications bell has an orange badge, and on web we let you know how many new notifications there are.
To make notifications easier to manage, you now have a button to quickly dismiss all your notifications.
Using notifications is a great way to stay on top of what’s happening in CareApp.
See unshared items in the Feed
Coordinators now see a label for items in the Feed that have not yet been shared with Family users, making it easier to find and share content.
Redesigned Settings Screen
Our new Settings Screen makes it easier for you to stay in control of your CareApp account. We have replaced the old tabs with a new screen containing everything you need.
Add your mobile number to your CareApp account
We want to help you keep your CareApp account secure. You can now link your mobile phone number with your CareApp account. Simply enter your phone number, and we’ll SMS you a code. Confirm the code and your phone number will be linked.
We’ll be adding new functionality for using your phone number in the new year.
